Viaje de Don Diego a Sachavacay para el Año Nuevo

Con los mejores deseos para cada unos de vosotros de Don Diego y el Equipo Sachavacay. Esperamos que vuestros corazones estén llenos de Alegria y Paz, y que el Año Nuevo este hasta este momento, se encuentre colmado de inspiración Divina en vuestras vidas y las de vuestras familias, amigos y comunidades.
 
No exageramos al decir que Don Diego ha dedicado su vida al servicio de lo Divino, y a conducirnos a través del trabajo con la Madrecita y más recientemente a través de las Pujas, paso a paso, más cerca en contacto con nuestra propia Esencia. 

Este año, durante las fiestas, Don Diego recibió una llamada Divina para realizar una auspiciosa y poderosa Puja en el Shiva Lingam de Sachavacay, para el comienzo del 2013. Hizo un viaje especial desde España a Perú y Sachavacay, solo para hacer esta puja, que tendría un fuerte impacto sobre todos los que estamos conectados con Don Diego y recorremos este camino de autoconocimiento junto a él, cerca o lejos. Las repercusiones de esta puja han conseguido tocar tantas almas, mucha gente esta escribiendo para expresar cúan profundamente han sentido los efectos y beneficios del ritual.

Durante una corta estancia de 10 días en Perú, Don Diego ejecutó muchas tareas Divinas. Realizó tres Pujas al Shiva Lingam, cocino la medicina sagrada y reviso el desarrollo del proyecto de la escuela, tan especial para su corazón. Estamos encantados de compartir con vosotros el siguiente informe de su visita a Sachavacay y esperamos que un destello de la vibración Divina canalizada a través de Don Diego encuentre su camino a vuestros corazones, encendiendo una llama de devoción en ellos. Llegada a Sachavacay

Tras un largo vuelo de España a Lima, otro vuelo de Lima a Pucalpa, y tres horas de viaje en coche y barco, Don Diego, junto con su dedicado personal, Don Julio, Gallo y Doily, la cocinera, finalmente llegaron a Sachavacay el 29 de diciembre. Inmediatamente, el Divino Equipo Sachavacay comenzó con los preparativos para las auspiciosas pujas y el trabajo de servicio que tendría lugar durante el curso de la semana. La jungla está en constante estado de crecimiento y movimiento, ramas y hojas caen, las lluvias vienen y van, y se necesita mucho para mantener los caminos y las estructuras de vivienda. Antes de nada, el Equipo tuvo que hacer limpieza alrededor de Sachavacay para preparar todo, una vez más, para habitabilidad humana. Tras limpiar los tambos donde podrían dormir, limpiando los caminos necesarios y preparando la cocina para el periodo de retiro, finalmente, Don Diego y el Equipo estuvieron listos para limpiar y preparar el altar del Sagrado Shiva Lingam de Sachavacay, para que la primera puja pudiera ser realizada.

Con concentración y devoción, el Equipo limpio el área alrededor del altar, y limpiaron con amor la piedra sobre la que se instalaría el Lingam. Después de que todo estuviera reluciente y listo, Don Diego situó el Shiva Lingam en su lugar, finalizando todos los preparativos del próximo culto y ritual. Don Diego preparó las lamparas frente al altar, y junto con el Equipo de Sachavacay, comenzó a cantar los mantras específicos para despertar la energía Divina.

Primera Puja: 31 de Diciembre 2012

Una vez que el altar para el Shiva Lingam estuvo preparado y la energía Divina estaba lista para fluir más poderosamente, el trabajo más sutil para la auspiciosa puja del 1º de enero comenzó. Esta puja sería tan poderosa que se necesitaba una puja preliminar para preparar el canal para esta Vibración Divina. A las 5:15am del 31 de diciembre, hora local, Don Diego realizó esta primera puja, en la forma tradicional, en el Shiva Lingam de Sachavacay, despertando la energía que pronto nos llegaría a todos los que estubavamos conectando con él. Todavía bañandose en la Divina Vibración de la puja, Don Diego pasó el resto del día en profunda concentración, recolectando hojas de Chacruna para la medicina sagrada que cocinaría durante este viaje.

Baños de Plantas Sagradas

Más tarde el 31 de diciembre, Don Diego preparó una poderosa mezcla de plantas, con las que se bañaría a sí mismo y al Equipo Sachavacay la siguiente mañana, antes de la auspiciosa puja de año Nuevo. A las 4:00am, hora local, el 1º de enero, todos se reunieron en el área de la Maloca para el baño. Este baño de plantas fué extremadamente importante puesto que continuaba con el proceso de despertar la Vibración Divina, y purificó a cada uno para que pudieran sentir las sutiles vibraciones. Este baño también ayudó a crear mayor precisión para el trabajo de las pujas que se iba a realizar. Estas plantas, para aquellos que saben cómo comprender y sentir la energía sutil, son extremadamente poderosas. Durante el proceso de los baños, todos cantaron juntos con mucha fuerza “Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya”. Después de que Don Diego hubiera bañado a cada miembro del Equipo, Se bañó a sí mismo con estas poderosas plantas. Sin ninguna provocación, Don Julio, Gayo y Doily continuaron cantando el sagrado mantra, llevando la vibración a lo largo de todo el baño, e impulsándola más allá en la puja.

108 Nombres del Señor Ganesh

Tras los baños, todos se sentaron juntos frente al Shiva Lingam, y empezaron a cantar los 108 nombres del Señor Ganesh. Después de que Don Diego cantara cada uno de los nombres del Señor de los Comienzos, el Equipo cantaría “Om Namah Shivaya”. ¡Esta fue una increíble experiencia para Don Diego! Estos hombres y la mujer que nunca estuvieron en este tipo de rituales antes, estaban participando con tanta devoción en sus corazones en este antiguo ritual, el cual era completamente desconocido dentro de su cultura. La autenticidad de cada participante nació de una verdadera conexión interna, basada en sus experiencias personales con esta Lingam.

Shiva Lingam Puja: Año Nuevo

Tras terminar el canto de los 108 nombres del Señor Ganesh, Don diego realizó la puja del Shiva Lingam. Esta puja fue extremadamente poderosa. Los miembros del Equipo Sachavacay  estaban tan conmovidos, que estallaban llorando y postrándose frente al Lingam con humilde sinceridad. ¡Qué gran bendición estar allí en persona para esta Puja Sagrada! La poderosa vibración podría sentirse por las almas devotas a lo largo del todo el mundo, los que estaban conectados en sus casas en meditación y concentración.

  

 

Peticiones para la Puja Especial 

Hubo mucha gente que pidió que esta especial Puja de Año Nuevo se realizara en su nombre y en el de sus seres queridos. en este punto de la puja, don Diego, con profunda devoción, pronunció cada nombre como un Saludo Divino a esas almas. Uno a uno, recitó el nombre de cada persona, tras el cual, Don Julio, Gayo y Doily, con igual devoción e intensidad, cantaban “Om Namah Shivaya”.

Tras este poderoso ritual, don diego, tomó los pétalos que habían sido esparcidos en el Shiva Lingam y bendijo a cada uno de los miembros del Equipo sachavacay. Todos recibieron Azúcar Bendecido, se ungieron con las Cenizas sagradas del ritual. según Don Diego, la vibración fue extremadamente poderosa. Nos dijo, “ Había gente conectada desde todas partes del mundo y se podía sentir la electricidad en la atmósfera. ¡Podías sentir el poder del Lingam! este es un momento que recordaremos durante mucho tiempo.”

 
Tras la Puja de Año Nuevo, Don Diego no tuvo tiempo para descansar. Tenia tanto mucho trabajo para hacer en un corto periodo de tiempo. Solo podemos decir que la Gracia Divina le propulsaba para realizar tantas tareas Divinas en un periodo de tiempo tan corto.

Con la vibración del los baños y la puja de Año Nuevo fuertemente radiando desde su corazón, Don Diego cocinó la sagrada pócima de la medicina. Este proceso toma muchos días, paciencia e intacta concentración en lo divino. También se reunió con los trabajadores que están construyendo la escuela que él está supervisando cerca de Sachavacay. Este proyecto ha sido enteramente financiado por Don Diego y las donaciones al Fondo para la Misión Sachavacay. Aunque todavía estamos unos cuantos miles de dólares por debajo de la meta de recaudación de fondos, estamos muy optimistas de que nuestra comunidad pueda hacer que esto suceda, para que la escuela esté lista para abril de este año, haciendo que la educación sea una realidad para muchos niños!

Servicio Divino

Don Diego quería hacer algo muy especial para la comunidad local cerca de Sachavacay este Año para las fiestas. La gente que vive a lo largo del río en este área de la selva cerca de Sachavacay es muy pobre, y es muy difícil para ellos proveer las necesidades básicas de sus familias. Mientras estuvo en Pucallpa, Don Diego paso un dia comprando menage común y alimentos, con la intención de hacer una bolsa regalo para cada una de las familias locales cerca de Sachavacay. Se hizo un anuncio en la radio de que Don Diego se reuniría con la comunidad para dar estas especiales bolsas regalo para cada familia, y aprovecharía esta oportunidad para compartir con la comunidad sus planes de construir una nueva escuela. Esa mañana del 5 de enero, preparandose para la reunión con la comunidad, Don Diego realizó una tercera puja en el sagrado Lingam de Sachavacay.

Más tarde ese dia, cerca de 40 familias se reunieron para recibir los regalos de Año Nuevo de Don Diego y el Equipo Sachavacay. Cada familia recibió una bolsa que incluía artículos como aceite de cocina, una caja grande de cerillas, 2 kilos de azúcar, 1kg de arroz, comida enlatada y jabón, mientras que los niños recibían juguetes. La cocinera de Sachavacay, Doily, preparó una gran olla de una bebida de chocolate que fue servida junto con pastel a todos los niños. ¡Todo el mundo estaba contento!

Después de dar las bolsas regalo a la gente, Don Diego les dio una charla, hablándoles de la escuela que está construyendo, haciéndoles saber que es una realidad, y pronto estas familias podrán proveer a sus hijos de educación en el área. Esto va a cambiar la vida de mucha gente, y todo el mundo estaba conmovido y contento con la noticia de Don Diego. Mucha gente lloraba y pedía que Don Diego fuera alcalde, estaban tan asombrados de que quisiera dar esto a la comunidad sin tener ningún deseo de recibir nada a cambio. El mejor regalo que recibio por su servicio, fue la felicidad de la gente que estaba sirviendo.

Gracias a todos por leer y compartir en la Vibración divina de estos increíbles actos de generosidad y bondad que nuestro amado Chamán ha demostrado. De todas partes del mundo, hubo gente conectando con Don Diego, todos nosotros unidos en profundo rezo, devoción y adoración a lo Divino. Esta ha sido una poderosa y hermosa forma de recibir y entrar en el Año Nuevo. Y cada persona que ha contribuido al Fondo para la Misión Sachavacay, ya sea a través de una donación, encargando una puja o comprando una camiseta, ha contribuido a los muchos y hermosos proyectos que Don Diego ha compartido con la comunidad cerca de Sachavacay. ¡Esto es realmente una bendición a considerar, y estamos muy agradecidos por vuestra generosidad!

Muchos cambios estan sucediendo para Don Diego con este trabajo y misión,  la energía es cada día más fuerte. Desde ahora y hasta que el nuevo tour empiece, Don Diego ira mas y mas profundamente en su soledad preparándose para ser el más puro canal posible para todos nosotros, para que cuando estemos reunidos en ceremonia sagrada, puja y dieta, el poder de esta Vibración llegue incluso más profundamente en nuestros corazones.

Incluso si no podemos estar físicamente presentes con Don Diego, a medida que él trae estas poderosas enseñanzas a nuestras comunidades, lo que estamos aprendiendo ahora a través de las especiales pujas que han estado sucediendo, es que podemos conectar con esta pura Vibración Divina desde donde estemos. Cuanto más profundo Don Diego va en sus prácticas espirituales y austeridades, más somos empujados a afianzar nuestra conexión interna con él y lo Divino, a través de sutiles canales espirituales. Nuestro Chamán sigue enseñandonos que cuanto más capaces somos de concentrarnos, aquietar nuestras mentes y mantener nuestros corazones firmemente en lo Divino, mayor Energía Espiritual fluirá en nosotros y mayor será la evolución espiritual. Este es el inestimable regalo que ha estado cultivando durante los 17 últimos años y que somos tan bienaventurados de recibir.

Don Diego's Trip to Sachavacay for the New Year

Greetings to the Beloved Sachavacay Community!

Warmest wishes to each of you from Don Diego and the Sachavacay Team.  We hope that each of your hearts are filled with joy and peace, and that the New Year has, thus far, provided much Devine inspiration to your lives, and to the lives of your friends, families and greater communities.  

It is no exaggeration to say that Don Diego has dedicated his life to service of the Devine, and to bringing each of us, one step at a time, closer in contact with our very own essence through our work with Mother Vine, and more recently through Puja.  

This year, for the Holidays, Don Diego received a Devine calling to perform a very auspicious and powerful puja on the Shiva Lingam of Sachavacay, for the start of 2013.  He made a special trip all the way from Spain to Peru and Sachavacay just to make this puja, which would have a strong impact upon all of us who are connected to Don Diego, and have been walking this path of self-understanding alongside him, near or far. The reverberations from this puja have continued to touch so many souls, with many people writing to express how deeply they have felt the effects and benefits from the ritual.  

During a short 10 day stay in Peru, Don Diego completed many Devine tasks. He performed 3 Shiva Lingam pujas, cooked sacred medicine, made a very special service offering to the local people near Sachavacay and checked in with the development of the school project, so special to his heart, that he has been overseeing. We are pleased to share with you here the following report about this visit to Sachavacay, and hope that a spark of the Devine Vibration being channeled through Don Diego makes its way to your heart, and ignites a flame of devotion there.  We hope you enjoy the following story and photographs, and, as always, we will be so happy to hear from those of you who were connecting with Don Diego during the ritual of the 1st of January, with your experiences!

Arrival at Sachavacay 

After a long flight from Spain to Lima, another flight from Lima to Pucallpa, and then 3 hours of travel by car and boat, Don Diego, together with his devoted staff, Don Julio, Gayo and Doily, the cook, finally arrived to Sachavacay on the 29th of December.  Right away, the Devine Sachavacay Team began preparations for the auspicious pujas and service work to take place over the course of the next week.  

The jungle is in a constant state of growth and motion; branches and leaves fall, rains come and go, and much upkeep is needed to maintain paths and shelter structures.  Before anything else, the Team had to do major clean up around the land of Sachavacay to prepare everything once again for human habitation. After cleaning up their tambos where they would each sleep, clearing the necessary pathways and preparing the kitchen for the period of retreat, finally, Don Diego and the Team were ready to clean and prepare the altar of the very Holy Shiva Lingam of Sachavacay, so the first puja could be performed.  

With concentration and devotion, the Team cleaned the area surrounding the altar, and lovingly washed the stone upon which the Lingam would sit.  After everything was pristine and ready, Don Diego set the Shiva Lingam in its place, finalizing all the preparations for the upcoming worship and ritual.  Don Diego prepared the lamps at the front of the altar, and then, together with the Sachavacay Team, he began to chant specific sacred mantras to awaken the Divine energy.

First Puja: December 31st, 2012

Once the altar for the Shiva Lingam was properly set up and the Devine energy was able to flow even more powerfully, the more subtle work for the auspicious puja of January 1st began.  This puja would be so powerful that a preliminary puja was needed to prepare the channel for this Devine Vibration.  At 5:15am on December 31st, Don Diego performed this first puja, in the traditional way, on the Shiva Lingam of Sachavacay, awakening the energy that would soon be reaching all of us who have been hooking in.  Still bathing in the Devine Vibration from the puja, Don Diego passed the rest of the day concentrating deeply, while picking Chacruna leaves for the sacred medicine he would be cooking during this trip.

Sacred Plant Baths

Later on December 31st, Don Diego prepared a very powerful mixtures of plants, with which he would bathe himself and the Sachavacay Team the next morning before the auspicious New Year's Day puja. At 4:00 am on the 1st of January, everyone gathered together in the area of the Maloca for the bath. This plant bath was extremely important, because it continued the process of awakening the Devine Vibration, and it purified everyone so that they would be even more able to feel the subtle vibrations.  This bath also helped to create even greater accuracy for the work and pujas ahead.  These plants, for those who know how to understand and feel the subtle energy, are extremely powerful.  Throughout the process of the baths, everyone was chanting together very strongly "Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya."  After Don Diego had bathed each member of the Team, he began to bathe himself with these powerful plants. Without any prompting, Don Julio, Gayo and Doily continued chanting the sacred mantra, carrying the vibration throughout the entire bath, and propelling it beyond into the puja. 

108 Names of Lord Ganesh

After the baths, everyone sat together in front of the Shiva Lingam, and began to chant the 108 names of Lord Ganesh.  After Don Diego chanted each name of the Lord of Beginnings, the Team would chant back "Om Namah Shivaya."  This was an amazing experience for Don Diego!  These men and women of the jungle, who have never been exposed to these rituals before, were participating in this ancient ritual unfamiliar to their own culture, with such sincerity in their hearts.  The authenticity of each one's participation was born from a true inner connection, based on his/her personal experiences with this Lingam.   

Shiva Lingam Puja: New Year's Day

After finishing the chanting of the 108 names of Lord Ganesh, Don Diego performed the puja on the Shiva Lingam.  This puja was extremely powerful.  The Sachavacay Team members were so moved, that they were crying and bowing in front of the Lingam, with so much sincerity.  What a true blessing to be there in person for this Holy Puja!  The powerful vibration could be felt by devoted souls all over the world, who were connecting from their homes in meditation and concentration.  

Special Puja Requests

There were many people who requested this special New Year's puja to be performed in their names, and in the names of loved ones.  At this point of the puja, Don Diego, with such deep and heartfelt devotion, called out each name, as a Devine Salutation to these souls.  One by one,  he chanted each person's name, to which Don Julio, Gayo and Doily, with equal devotion and intensity, chanted back "Om Namah Shivaya!"  

After this powerful worship, Don Diego took the flower petals that had been showered on the Shiva Lingam, and blessed each one from the Sachavacay Team.  They all had some Blessed Sugar, and then blessed themselves with the Sacred Ash from the ritual.  According to Don Diego, the vibration was extremely powerful.  He told us, "People were connecting from all over the world, and you could feel the electricity in the atmosphere.  You could feel the power of the Lingam!  This is a moment we will remember for a long time."

After the New Year's Day puja, Don Diego did not take any time to rest. He had so much work to complete in a very limited amount of time.  We can only say that it was the Grace of God fueling him to accomplish many Devine tasks, in a miraculously short period of time.  

With the vibration from the baths and puja of the New Year strongly radiating from his heart, Don Diego cooked a sacred brew of medicine.  This process takes many days, patience and unbroken concentration on the Devine!  He also met with the workers who are facilitating the construction of a school near Sachavacay that he has been overseeing. This project has been funded entirely by Don Diego and community donations to the Sachavacay Mission Fund. Although we are still a few thousand dollars short of the fundraising goal, we are very optimistic that our community can come together to make this happen, so that the school will be ready to open in April of this year, making education a reality for so many children!

Devine Service
 
Don Diego wanted to do something very special for the local community near Sachavacay this year for the Holidays.  The people who live up and down the river in this area of the jungle near to Sachavacay are very poor, and it is difficult for them to provide many basic necessities for their families. While he was in Pucallpa, Don Diego spent a day purchasing many household and food items, with the intention of making a gift bag for each of the local families near Sachavacay. An announcement was made on the radio that Don Diego would be gathering together with the community to pass out these special gift bags for each family.  He also would use this opportunity to share with the community his plans for building the new school.  That morning, on January 5th, in preparation for the community gathering, Don Diego performed a third puja on the Shiva Lingam of Sachavacay!

Later that day, about 40 local families gathered together, to receive the New Year's gifts from Don Diego and the Sachavacay Team.  Each family received a bag that included items such as cooking oil, a large box of matches, 4 lbs of sugar, 2 lbs of rice, canned foods and soap, while all the children received toys!  The Sachavacay cook prepared a large pot of a special chocolate drink, and this was served along with cake to all the children.  Everyone was very happy! 

After passing out the gift bags to the people, Don Diego gave a talk to everyone, telling them all about the school that he is building, letting them know that this is a reality, and soon these families will be able to provide local education to their children.  This is going to change so many people's lives, and everyone was so touched and happy by Don Diego's news.  Many of the people were crying and asking Don Diego to become the Mayor!  They were so amazed that he would want to give all of this to the community, without having any desire for anything in return. The best gift that he received from his service, was in the happiness of the people whom he was serving!

Thank you all for reading and sharing in the Devine Vibration of these incredible acts of generosity and kindness that our Beloved Shaman has demonstrated. From all over the world, people were connecting with Don Diego, all of us together deep in prayer, devotion and adoration of the Devine.  This has been such a powerful and beautiful way to greet and enter the New Year. And every person who contributed to the Sachavacay Mission Fund, whether by making a donation, ordering a puja or even purchasing a Sachavacay T-Shirt, has contributed to the many beautiful service projects that Don Diego has been sharing with the local community near Sachavacay.  This is truly a blessing to behold!

So many changes are happening for Don Diego with his work and mission in these days, and the energy is every day stronger.  From now until the next tour begins, Don Diego will be going deeper and deeper into his solitude and preparing himself to be as pure of a channel as possible for all of us, so that when we come together in sacred ceremony, puja and dieta, the power of this Vibration reaches even more profoundly into our hearts.  

Even if we are unable to be physically present with Don Diego, as he brings these powerful teachings to our communities, what we are learning now through the special pujas that have been happening, is that we can connect with this pure Devine Vibration from wherever we are. The deeper that Don Diego goes into his spiritual practices and austerities, the more we are pushed to strengthen our inner connection with him and the Devine, through subtle spiritual channels.  Our shaman keeps teaching us that the more we are able to concentrate, quiet our minds, and fix our hearts steadily on the Devine, the more spiritual energy is going to flow to us, and the deeper our spiritual evolution will be.  This is the priceless gift that he has been cultivating for the last 17 years, and which we have been so blessed to receive!

Special Puja Report: 12.21.12

Dearest Friends:

Warm and loving greetings to all from the Sachavacay Team.  We hope you are all feeling the Divine vibration from the special puja that Don Diego performed on 12.21.12, for the end of the Mayan Calendar.  Many people from all over the world were connecting in meditation when the puja was performed, and all throughout the day on the 21st.  It was a very special opportunity for us to join together as a community in prayer, supported by Don Diego and the powerful Divine vibration being channeled to us through his concentration and devotion in the Lord.

Mucha gente alrededor del mundo conectó en meditación durante la realización de la Puja y todo el día durante el viernes 21. The preparation for this puja began long before December 21st.  Perhaps, you can even say that it was always Divinely planned.  Don Diego has taught us that first comes the energy, and then comes the material.  This means that the puja began the first moment when the energy was felt.  We cannot even say that Don Diego's decision to perform this special puja was his own decision.  It was the Divine will itself who called Don Diego to perform this particular puja, on this particular day and time, just as it was the Divine will who called each of you who participated to do so in your particular way, from your particular home.  

When the puja was announced earlier in December, many souls felt the call to participate and connect, and as each of you began to contribute your concentration and devotion to the concentration and devotion from Don Diego, a very strong spiritual vibration began growing.  This spiritual vibration is what we all have received through the ritual that was performed on December 21st.

Many preparations were necessary before the puja could begin, to set everything up properly so that the prescribed offerings specific to this ritual, according to the ancient Vedic tradition, could be carried out meticulously.  Don Diego lovingly made the majority of these final preparations the night before.

La preparación para esta puja empezó mucho antes del 21 de Diciembre. Tal vez, hasta podemos decir que siempre había estado planeada. Don Diego nos ha enseñado que primero siempre es la energía, y después la materia. Esto significa que la Puja empezó en el primer momento que sentimos la energía. No podemos decir que Don Diego decidió por el mismo hacer esta Puja. Fue lo Divino quien llamo a Don Diego a realizar esta Puja, en este día y esta hora en particular, fue la voluntad Divina quien llamo a cada uno de nosotros a participar de cierta manera en particular, desde nuestros hogares.

Cuando la Puja fue anunciada a principios de Diciembre, muchas almas fueron llamadas a participar y conectar, y así como cada uno empezó a contribuir con su propia concentración y Devoción, con la concentración y la Devoción de Don Diego, empezó a crecer una poderosa vibración espiritual. Esta vibración espiritual es lo que todos hemos recibido a traves del ritual que se realizo el 21 de Diciembre.

Fueron necesarias muchas preparaciones antes de que la Puja pudiera empezar, para tener todo listo y apropiadamente para las ofrendas prescritas en este ritual, de acuerdo con la antigua tradición Vedica, pudieran realizarse meticulosamente. Don Diego hizo la mayoría de estas preparaciones la noche de antes.

The puja was set to take place at 6:00am, Spanish time, on December 21st, 2012.  On the morning of the 21st, Don Diego was awake by 4:00am to make the final preparations.  He started the morning bathing in the proper way, and then, while mentally repeating sacred mantras, he proceeded to ready all the final offerings for the puja, from stringing flower garlands, to preparing prasad, to sitting in quiet meditation, until the arrival of the perfect and divine time for the ritual to begin. 

Don Diego regularly conducts pujas at 5:15am, but knowing that this special puja would require additional preparation, he decided to begin at 6:00am, so as to be prompt for the many people from all over the world who would be tuning in.  He didn't even realize that this would make the start time 12:00am, the very first moment of December 21st, for the Sachavacay family on the East Coast of the United States.  It was indeed the Divine will!

La Puja fue preparada para comenzar a las seis de la mañana, hora Española, el 21 de Diciembre del 2012. En la mañana de este día, Don Diego se levanto a las 4 am para empezar los preparativos. El empezó la mañana bañándose de la manera correcta, y entonces, repitiendo sagrados Mantras, el procedió a terminar con los últimos ajustes para las ofrendas de la Puja, desde confeccionar las guirnaldas, la preparación del Prasad, sentarse en silenciosa meditación, hasta la llegada de la hora del comienzo del ritual.

It is the concentration that carries the Divine vibration, and Don Diego's concentration was steadfast on the Lord through every single step.  Finally, the moment had arrived to begin the powerful ritual.  Don Diego, from his solitude, with so much love and devotion in his heart, performed this most sacred ritual, worshipping the Holy Shivalingam, while many souls who have been drawn to this path from all over the world joined in deep concentration with our Beloved Shaman, as he made this Divine offering.

Es la concentración que aporta la vibración Divina, la concentración de Don Diego fue fijada en el Señor en cada paso. Finalmente, el momento del poderoso ritual había llegado. Desde su soledad, Don Diego, con amor y devoción en su corazón, realizo este sagrado ritual, adorando el Divino Shiva Lingam, mientras muchas almas de todo el mundo, que han sido llamadas por este camino se unieron en meditación profunda con nuestro querido Chaman, mientras las ofrendas eran realizadas.

Don Diego has been teaching us through our experiences, how it is our concentration that connects us with, and strengthens, the spiritual vibration in our lives, and how this vibration is the very energy that propels us deeper in our Self understanding and spiritual development.  May each and every one of you who tapped into this puja receive the benefits of this Divine vibration, and be propelled all the way to supreme Self Realization!
